The Technology Specialist engages with and guides customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. This role leverages sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and aligns technology to customer business needs. You will understand customer needs, collect feedback, and provide strategic input. Additionally, you will act as an orchestration point for technical resources and work to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.

Qualifications

  • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book
  • Fluency in English
  • Full Work-Authorization in UAE
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (to be completed before the start date)
  • 1+ year(s) work or internship experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and customer obsession
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Technical Certification or studies in Cybersecurity are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Start Date: September 2024
  • Scale Customer Engagements: Anticipate customer needs through data gathering and build credibility with customers.
  • Build Strategy: Review customer interactions and raise competitive information to account teams, contributing to product strategy.
  • Solution Design and Proof: Contribute to demonstrations (proof of concept sessions) of solutions based on specific Microsoft products.
  • Education: Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and practices expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues.
