As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping digital products, ensuring high-quality design and holistic thinking. This position involves working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design solutions that fulfill user needs and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to execution, transforming complex problems into intuitive and usable solutions.
- Conduct and present qualitative and quantitative research to enhance mobile and web experiences.
- Communicate design solutions clearly through compelling presentations and documentation.
- Contribute to the design system, leveraging existing patterns and proposing innovations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering for smooth implementation.
- Maintain proficiency in various design tools, incorporating interactive prototypes, motion, and transitions into designs.
Requirements:
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with consumer-facing digital products.
- In-depth knowledge of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and interactive prototyping tools.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop distinct conceptual design directions during the ideation process.
- Passion for design and a strong work ethic.
- Openness to feedback, eagerness to learn, and effective collaboration with different teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
