Role Description The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in customer engagement, solution design, and collaboration with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure solutions align with their needs.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of our solutions.
  • Design customized solutions that address customer requirements, leveraging OmniOps' products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that articulate the proposed solutions.
  • Develop and execute POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for winning deals, including the creation of RFP/RFI responses.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated and addressed.
  • Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer interactions to influence product roadmap and improvements.
  • Continuously update knowledge on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Train the sales team on new products and solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and case studies.
  • Assist in planning and scoping customer projects to ensure alignment with technical capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a presales or solutions architecture role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in AI and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
