Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Operations and Corporate IT teams to define requirements for IAM tooling and technologies such as SSO, MFA, privileged access management, and password management tools.
- Integrate IAM systems, solutions, and processes with existing workflows to enhance user productivity while ensuring security.
- Develop and implement a role-based access control framework in cooperation with Technical and Operational teams.
- Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes for corporate and production systems.
- Conduct monitoring and review of access controls and lead the access and governance review process.
- Support the design and implementation of privileged access management solutions for sensitive system accounts.
- Engage with business and technical teams to integrate IAM practices across all areas of the business.
- Continuously improve IAM governance processes and controls.
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, tools, and best practices, including user provisioning, role-based access, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
- Experience in establishing and enforcing access governance structures.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards applicable to access management.
- Expertise in implementing IAM technologies such as Azure AD and MS AD.
- Proven experience in conducting IAM audits and generating reports for stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in identity and access management, IT security, or administration, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions, particularly Microsoft AD, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CIAM, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CRISC, MS Certified Identity and Access Administrator, MS Certified Azure Administrator Associate.
