We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site). As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using technologies such as Informatica and Denodo.
- Performing data integrations by consolidating data from various sources into a unified format.
- Utilizing advanced SQL skills to optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from various sources.
- Conducting feature engineering to enhance machine learning models by selecting and transforming relevant data features.
- Evaluating and enhancing data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
- Overseeing data migration projects, ensuring smooth transfer of data between systems or platforms.
- Utilizing BI tools like Tableau for data visualization and reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Managing and maintaining Data Warehousing and Data Lake environments, particularly using Cloudera and Hive.

Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Data/Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience with Informatica, Denodo, SQL, Tableau, and Cloudera is a plus.
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica and Denodo.
- Experience with data integration methodologies.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, including the ability to optimize complex queries.
- Proven skills in feature engineering for machine learning applications.
- Familiarity with big data processing technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
- Proven track record of successful data migration projects.
- Strong experience in managing Data Warehousing and Data Lakes, with specific expertise in Cloudera and Hive.
