As a Software Engineer at Mozn, you will be involved in developing next-generation technologies in fraud detection and prevention. You will contribute to the development of a high-performance Software as a Service (SaaS) platform capable of processing a large volume of transactions per second.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software components.
- Write clean and maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Develop unit tests to run in a continuous integration environment.
- Follow and contribute to best practices for coding and development processes.
- Document software design and technical specifications.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, requiring limited supervision and meeting deadlines and goals.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master, Product Management, and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (MSc is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role; professional certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in fraud prevention or fintech is a plus.
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Go programming language is a must.
- Hands-on experience with concurrency and familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with software revision control tools such as Git.
- Ability to explain complex system issues and learn new coding languages as needed.
- Understanding of distributed computing principles.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, Postgres, and Redis.
