Position

As a Senior Research Manager - Analytical Sales, you will lead business development efforts for NielsenIQ Analytics solutions, focusing on building and growing relationships with clients in the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a commercial plan aimed at expanding the client portfolio and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with the Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) team to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Demonstrating strong sales leadership, including prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Building enduring relationships with clients and understanding their strategic priorities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong engagement with clients' key Marketing and Sales personas.
  • Present at client and retailer events, demonstrating a thorough understanding of NielsenIQ's solutions and their application in the CPG and Retail industry.
  • Own the business plan for responsibility areas, providing clear estimations and forecasts of revenue results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure pertinent information about clients is shared and opportunities are captured.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in CPG Sales, Trade Marketing, or Retailer Key Account Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies and familiarity with NielsenIQ products and services is advantageous.
  • Strong business English is required; proficiency in a local language is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities.
