Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address various business problems. Your role will focus on driving customer adoption of Oracle Cloud services through the phases of discovery, design, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels to design and implement solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and develop customized architectures that translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement solutions ensuring successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Present tailored product demonstrations to customers and at conferences.
• Support customers from the Proof of Concept (POC) phase through to production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, and training.
• Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Contribute to engineering roadmaps by identifying gaps and enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Provide mentorship and direction to peers, while maintaining expertise in emerging technologies.
