About the job
The Oracle Cloud Solution Engineer partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. This role drives customer consumption of Oracle Cloud by accelerating the adoption of cloud services through discovery, design, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and develop architectures, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to customers at conferences and events, showcasing product/application understanding.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment by configuring resources and providing education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales, focusing on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Further build business and technical acumen.
