About the job
The Oracle Cloud Solution Engineer partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that effectively address customer business challenges. The role drives the adoption of Oracle cloud services by facilitating discovery, design, and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Demonstrate product and application understanding via customized presentations for customers at conferences and events.
- Support customers from the Proof of Concept (POC) stage through to production deployment, involving resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales regarding technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Continue to build business and technical acumen.
