About the Job:

Oracle Cloud is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to manage the Dedicated Regions (DRCC) and Alloy validation program. This role aims to mitigate risks to customers and Oracle regarding large-scale, strategic dedicated cloud engagements. The candidate will collaborate with in-region sales teams, ensuring customers understand the shared responsibility model for DRCC or Alloy environments.

This position involves complex, non-routine work requiring advanced technical and business skills. The successful candidate will be both an individual contributor and a team leader, providing direction to others. Candidates must have experience working with product management, possess leadership skills, and demonstrate strong business judgment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Cloud services and Data Center networking.
  • Understanding of the cloud competitive landscape, customer priorities, and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programs and projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate data center and deal qualification requirements to in-country sales teams.
  • Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to ensure compliance with standards, working with delivery teams for non-compliance approvals if needed.
  • Deliver validation reports to the executive team, highlighting risks or necessary exceptions and driving resolution.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Drive alignment on product features, business metrics, and strategies that facilitate customer and partner adoption.
  • Act as the voice of customers and partners with Oracle’s various cloud engineering teams.
