About the Job
Oracle Consulting plays a critical role in Oracle’s cloud solutions. We are seeking applications for the position of Oracle Project Manager, which presents a challenging and exciting opportunity to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations using Oracle’s OUM or TCM for Cloud methodology. In this role, you will oversee multiple cloud projects and ensure their successful delivery while working closely with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Development, and Support focused on Oracle’s Cloud products. You will lead an international team of architects and consultants, making a significant impact on customer success as you unlock their capabilities and establish long-term partnerships in the Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead a project team in delivering Oracle Cloud or On-Prem technology solutions for various project sizes.
- Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
- Provide daily direction to the project team and regular project status updates to customers.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, leveraging techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years in project or direct line management.
- Previous solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On-Prem complex projects.
- PM Methodology certification.
- Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team.
- Fluent in English and/or French alongside Arabic as a mother tongue.
- Excellent experience in consolidating and harmonizing business management systems.
- Self-starter, confident, and driven with strong organizational skills.
- Significant C-level presentation experience.
- Flexibility to travel to the Middle East as required.
