Position

As the CSS OU Training Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of all assigned projects, adhering to budget constraints to generate expected revenue and operational margins. Your role focuses on preventing scope creep and managing tasks for both on-site and virtual teams with attention to detail to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will oversee large education projects, primarily instructor-led, while incorporating digital assets. Familiarity with teaching logistics, audio-visual requirements, and remote teaching capabilities is necessary. This position requires communication and planning with customers and interaction with all Oracle stakeholders.

  • Plan and implement training delivery projects
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Allocate and manage project delivery teams
  • Generate expected project revenues and operating margins
  • Create and manage project schedules and timelines
  • Lead quality assurance efforts
  • Report on project status and address issues
  • Implement changes as needed to meet deliverables
  • Evaluate project outcomes and continuously improve customer satisfaction ratings
