Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a highly skilled organizational change management practitioner as an Adoption Services Architect, leading transformational initiatives focused on helping organizations capture the value of our solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the transformation lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans to convey the benefits, impacts, and expectations associated with SaaS adoption.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, to drive alignment and commitment to change initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies for effective communication among diverse stakeholders.
- Lead development efforts to build capabilities and ensure competency among employees impacted by SaaS implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to solicit feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness for transformation, identifying potential barriers and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to organizational change management.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading organizational change management initiatives within IT transformation projects; Oracle SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) and project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
- Consulting experience with the ability to provide valuable insights and strategies for navigating complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) is preferred.
- Cross-industry experience and understanding of business processes is an asset for successful solution adoption.
