Information Technology Project Coordinator

As an Information Technology Project Coordinator at Dautom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources. Your responsibilities will include tracking project milestones and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project), communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and clarify project requirements, maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting notes, and status updates, scheduling and attending meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items, identifying and escalating potential project risks or issues to project managers, supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related materials, and ensuring project activities adhere to company processes and standards.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management tools is a plus. A team player with a willingness to learn and grow is also essential.
