The Enterprise Technology Architecture team focuses on the largest organizations in EMEA, supporting them in their journey to platform modernization, managing technical debt strategically, and adopting new and innovative technologies at scale. Enterprise Technology Architects are responsible for the architecture from the initial idea through to deployment. Overseeing the successful evolution of solutions from inception to delivery is highly rewarding. Driving customer success through high-quality architectural solutions is our core ambition. Job Requirements:

• Experience leading technical presales teams throughout all sales cycle phases.
• Experience with large cloud transformations.
• Thorough understanding of Oracle’s products and services.
• Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and develop a team of approximately 10-12 Enterprise Technology Architects, including recruiting, hiring, and training on new technologies.
• As a senior leader of a technical presales team, combine strong technical expertise with people management skills.
• Assist in developing short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Regularly interact with senior management or executives across functional areas to ensure unit objectives are met.

Responsibilities: Responsible for directing and managing resources, typically through others, to work with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement solutions. Establishes and communicates business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure attainment of business strategy. Manages the implementation of solutions, ensures successful deployments, provides direction on code development, and scripting. Oversees customer support from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services, resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Frequent interaction with C level executives.
