Position

The Construction & Engineering Managed Account Customer Success team focuses on ensuring the success of our customers in implementing, running, and enhancing their use of IGIU products. We prioritize collaboration with our IGIU customers throughout their relationship with Oracle, while also providing insight into their needs within the organization.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of cloud customers. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, operational delivery, and ensuring satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams on customer-facing activities, managing escalations, and maintaining program visibility. This role is crucial for driving high customer satisfaction through positive experiences, which in turn secures expansion opportunities, referenceability, and cloud renewals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience with Construction and Engineering products and/or targeted industry knowledge
  • Significant experience with cloud-based/SaaS solutions and a passion for communicating their value to clients
  • Proven ability to foster and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
  • Strong customer management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles via remote programs
  • Experience addressing customer portfolios through programmatic execution
  • Capable of leading cross-functional business and technical teams for timely issue resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Project management experience with a capacity to lead cross-functional teams
  • Advanced account management skills gained through training, study, and experience
  • Extensive experience working with large/medium accounts, particularly under challenging conditions

Work Conditions

  • 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience required
