Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to engage customers. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture.
• Lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior customer resources.
• Capture and understand client’s business requirements and specify system, application, or process designs.
• Engage in the bid process by mapping client requirements to base product functionality.
• Lead the functional analysis and review solution overviews, functional designs, and configurations.
• Liaise with business analysts, management, functional architects, technical architects, designers, developers, product teams, and test teams for solution implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the customer and implementation situations effectively.
• Facilitate design workshops and negotiate functional scope to reduce business and technical risks.

Requirements

• 6 to 10+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
