As a Technical Presales Consultant, your primary role will involve understanding customers’ ID verification (IDV), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Know Your Business (KYB) needs, proposing innovative solutions tailored to their requirements. You will demonstrate the capabilities of Uqudo's technology, manage successful pilots, and collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Customer Needs and Demonstrate Solutions: Collaborate with the sales team in meetings, gain insights into customer requirements, and conduct engaging technology demonstrations.
- Manage Pilots and Proof of Concept Initiatives: Oversee successful trials, ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing training support.
- Craft Compelling Proposals and Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with sales to develop persuasive proposals and articulate the value proposition of Uqudo solutions.
- Continuous Learning and Relationship Building: Stay updated with technological advancements, adapting knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions while fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in ID verification and KYC processes, with experience in enterprise organizations.
- Strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, and SaaS.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
