Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP)

In line with the relevant policy and requirements of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preference will be given to Saudi nationals who apply for this role.

As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Delivering outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Leading all aspects of the technical sales process and advising internal and external clients on overall architectural solutions.
• Working with Oracle customers to help them transform their business and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrating the capabilities of Oracle Applications to customers and partnering with the sales team to penetrate the market.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in the ERP/Financials space with strong business experience in ERP (AP/AR/CM).
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in presales or implementation for tier 1 solutions like Oracle.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
