Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator Engineer, with expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- In-depth knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
- Experience in high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- Strong understanding of database security best practices, including data encryption and access control.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud).
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving complex database issues.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and database scalability.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated monitoring and alerting systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, PostgreSQL Certified) are a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, SQL) for automation.
