We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will provide consultancy, working with customers to translate ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, both on-site and remotely. Responsibilities include implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration with Oracle SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, integrates, and implements application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports.
- Engages in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.
- Acts as a specialist and technical expert handling tasks such as building integrations, troubleshooting technical solutions, and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise.
- Responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, and parallel payroll run strategy and execution.
- Maintains a strong focus on customer collaboration and alignment between business change and technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, preferably using cloud technologies.
- Experience in implementing financial SaaS applications, especially within the Finance modules including Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, and more.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, XML Publisher, and other related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
