Oracle Consulting is responsible for delivering specialized consulting services to clients and supporting sales activities related to Oracle Cloud Services. We are looking for a committed security specialist to design and deliver next generation security solutions. Our Consulting Practice is currently planning to hire an experienced Project/Program Manager for our team based in Saudi Arabia.
Your enthusiasm and passion for customer success will help us become the leading cloud service provider. In this role, you will guide the successful implementation of integrated solutions based on the Oracle Cloud platform and/or hybrid cloud/on-premise architectures, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- As an authority within Oracle, provide high-quality and innovative solution leadership with industry-wide impact.
- Manage medium to large-scale projects and accounts with varying levels of complexity.
- Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives during bid phases.
- Apply Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations in delivery phases.
- Create long-term customer relationships and collaborate with both consulting and Oracle sales areas.
- Identify areas of potential business growth and direct them in compliance with corporate strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in project and/or program management.
- Proven record of full lifecycle implementations of projects exceeding 500-800 days of delivery effort.
- Current PMI-PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or similar certification.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Agile Coach within large organizations is a plus.
- Strong project management principles with experience in a matrix management environment.
- Cloud technology focus and technical or industry domain expertise in relevant fields are advantageous.
- Ability to manage remote and offshore teams.
- Graduate degree (Diploma/Master/Bachelor) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Italian (native level) is required.
