Oracle Communications Sales Consulting focuses on delivering strategic solutions for customers in the Communications Industry. Our team plays a pivotal role in supporting our customers' digital transformation journeys in Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) domains. We assist clients in unlocking new revenue streams, reducing costs, and driving positive business outcomes. Our expertise allows us to facilitate the transformation of legacy capabilities into digital-ready solutions that leverage next-generation user experiences and capabilities, such as generative AI, to achieve significant business results.

As a Senior CRM & Digital Solutions Architect, you will engage directly with customers as a strong presenter and facilitator, earning their acceptance through effective communication and technical knowledge. You will represent the capabilities of the Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience Solution, leading on aspects such as orchestration, inventory, billing, and charging.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the lead architect for the CRM domain within Oracle Communications Solution opportunities.
  • Lead the CRM aspects of Oracle Communications solutions, presenting these in the context of the digital business experience.
  • Drive pre-sales activities by architecting the proper solutions and defining client requirements.
  • Partner with a larger global organization to deliver successful demonstrations and proofs of concept.
  • Orchestrate RFX solution responses and lead presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Perform hands-on application configuration when necessary.

What You'll Bring

  • Expertise in the Communications Industry CRM, with experience in platforms such as Siebel CRM, Salesforce, Amdocs, or Netcracker.
  • Previous experience in contact center operations, B2B selling, order management, and billing care.
  • Experience as a pre-sales consultant and solution architect with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Strong functional and technical experience within the communications vertical, along with AI and analytics experience focused on outcome-based solutions.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end solution architecture and availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
