Oracle Customer Success Services takes a comprehensive, customer-centric approach to ensure success through a diverse array of services and solutions supported by certified and experienced implementers. This role is primarily focused on driving the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) by showcasing Oracle’s cloud technology and providing unique engineering solutions to enhance customer service experiences.

As a Senior Siebel Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel CRM applications to meet business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance testers—is essential to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the CRM system. As a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will engage directly with customers on new implementations, migrations, and maintenance projects, managing critical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance testers.
  • Work directly with customers on new implementations, migration, and maintenance projects.
  • Handle critical issues with customer satisfaction as a priority.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and skill enhancement through Oracle's programs.
  • Opportunity to work in OCI/Gen2 Cloud.

What you bring:

  • 15+ years of industry experience in Oracle Siebel, including WebLogic and database administration.
  • Leadership and customer management skills as a Siebel Architect.
  • Experience collaborating with business on presales opportunities to develop the Siebel business.
  • Proficiency in application installation, upgrades, migration, and patching, with at least four upgrade/migration projects on the latest Siebel version.
  • Strong experience in production support and willingness to work in a rotating shift model in a 24x7 environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Unix or Linux and Windows platforms.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Admin experience with OCI or other platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Latest certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Siebel technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize production server hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support for complex technical issues.
  • Lead problem management efforts, coordinating necessary internal and external resources.
  • Assist in server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
  • Ensure consistent system uptime in a Cloud environment and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
