Position

As a Senior Solution Architect aligned with the Support Services Organization and Client team at Oracle, you will leverage world-class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. Your role will involve providing both functional and technical expertise to clients, focusing on Oracle Health technologies. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific requests and projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will be tasked with troubleshooting front-end applications, conducting investigations, gathering information, and testing workflows both internally and externally. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the project lifecycle. Your ultimate goal is to resolve incidents, maintain applications, and deliver measurable value outcomes to enhance care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, specifically in Registration, Scheduling, and integrated solution modules.
  • Proven experience in creating and troubleshooting PM rules, scheduling templates, and application groups.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Health Millennium.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and experience with interface creation and scripting.
  • Experience in Support or Application Managed Services.
  • At least 3+ years of software implementation and Healthcare IT experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Oracle's business and development teams for global application deployment.
  • Manage deployment projects, define business specifications, and map application functionalities.
  • Drive product enhancements and manage rollouts with internal teams.
  • Define specifications for data migration and interfaces.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and provide technical support for implemented applications.
  • Interact with senior management to ensure compliance with corporate and organizational policies.
  • Be proactive in resolving issues and implementing features.
  • Travel required: approximately 10% - 20%, with flexibility in working hours as needed.

  • Proficiency in English is expected; additional languages may be beneficial.
