About the Job
In this role, the Senior Integration Architect is the technical project manager overseeing the technology and implementation process as well as managing relationships within large projects for Abu Dhabi Health Services clients. The Senior Integration Architect will be the primary technical contact for implementation-based activities and will work 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care.
  • Oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies.
  • Proactively mitigate and resolve integration risks, serving as the final point for escalations.
  • Provide integration oversight for engagements and support project team members to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and client value commitments.
  • Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality concerning integration and stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Good understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, and Ambulatory.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with strong knowledge of Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle Systems and their workflows.
  • Experience as a consultant providing domain and/or project management oversight.
  • Healthcare industry expertise with a collaborative approach to determining processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong understanding of safeguarding corporate and client assets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience, including HCIT support and project management.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium is highly preferred.
