As a Solution Architect on the Support Organization, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients. You will work with Oracle Cerner technologies, prioritizing and planning issue resolutions both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of an investigation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and define FSI requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement FSI solutions using industry standards like HL7 and Cerner's Open Engine, OpenLink, or other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface issues, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
  • Configure and maintain FSI interfaces, optimizing performance and stability.
  • Document interface specifications and processes for future reference.
  • Stay current on evolving FSI technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in system validation and integration testing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences regarding interface design, functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Travel up to 20% and work from the Dubai office three days per week.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on FSI and Cerner Millennium environment.
  • Proven experience with HL7 standards, interface engines, and Cerner's Open Engine (OE) or similar tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages like CCL and working with at least two Cerner Millennium products.
  • Experience in Application Managed Services or SolutionWorks business units.
