About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to healthcare providers using our EMR software. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support at the product level in a variety of professional and technical settings.
• Gain competence and acquire a higher level of understanding of issues, incidents, and configurations.
• Follow standard practices and procedures while analyzing, understanding, and applying company policies and processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and EMR software is a plus, including departmental product workflow and usage.
• Experience in resolving technical and functional issues/incidents and carrying out configurations at the product level.

Qualifications

• Graduate or master's degree with over 3 years of work experience.
