We are currently inviting applications for the position of Technical Support Specialist.

A Day in the Life:

  • Utilize Outbrain's various platforms and tools to ensure successful technical implementation of client requirements.
  • Collaborate with external partners on integrations, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems, as well as optimizing automated technical processes.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting of product issues, escalating matters to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Provide deep analysis of activities, using multiple internal and external tools and platforms to deliver real insights.
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices for the accurate implementation of Outbrain solutions.
  • Resolve case tickets from the team’s queue and manage internal escalations, maintaining a high standard of technical support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A background in ad-tech products, tech, or operations with a proven track record in businesses that have developed and operated successful digital ad tech products.
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to act as a subject matter expert who leads by example and facilitates escalations.
  • Capability to conduct technical calls with partners effectively.
  • Highly analytical skills and proficiency in SQL with good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Internet technologies and a strong capacity to learn.
  • Experience in server-side integrations troubleshooting and setup.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of APIs and app integrations, experience with CRM products, and adeptness with browser developer tools.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Technical skills and experience will be evaluated throughout the recruitment process.
