Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Ethereum Nodes

P2P.org is the largest staking and restaking operator, with over $8B in Total Value Locked (TVL). We focus on launching new yield products in the blockchain ecosystem, including Polkadot and Ethereum, offering significantly higher Net Reward Rates (NRR) compared to other operators. Our Labs team leverages cutting-edge technologies such as Zero-Knowledge (ZK), Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), and Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) to develop innovative solutions across various blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, provision, and manage infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps, following the company’s best practices.
• Proactively plan and implement security updates and patches to maintain infrastructure reliability and safety.
• Participate in architectural discussions, technical presentations, and reviews to enhance system designs and practices.
• Collaborate in system development efforts including robust solutions for monitoring, alerting, logging, and network configurations.

Qualifications:

• Web3 experience as a node operator on Ethereum networks is a must.
• Profound knowledge of Linux environments, both hardware configurations and software operations.
• Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools, including Ansible, Terraform, and Git.
• Experience with major cloud providers like AWS and GCP, along with a solid understanding of their service offerings and management tools.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python and Golang.
• English language proficiency required at level B2+.
