Parsons is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team! This role is pivotal in collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights for our projects with clients. The Data Analyst will gather information from multiple sources and excel in researching, analyzing, and reporting.

Job Description:

Lead and manage data-intensive projects, both standalone and as components of larger projects for clients.
Collaborate with client staff to understand their challenges, evaluate and recommend strategies, and deliver solutions.
Collect data from various sources and streamline data collection methods to create automated and user-friendly routines.
Design, maintain, and monitor databases and data systems.
Analyze collected data and interpret trends and patterns related to the organization.
Prepare reports for clients based on project tasks.
Collaborate with engineers and programmers to identify areas for analysis and improvement.

What Skills You'll Require:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related studies.
Experience with analysis tools, including macro and micro simulation software.
Proficiency in statistical and analytics software such as R, Python, and MATLAB.
Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team, including conducting performance evaluations and providing mentorship.
