Parsons Corporation is seeking an exceptional IT Engineer to join our team in NEOM, a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of Saudi Arabia. As part of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for NEOM Infrastructure, you'll be contributing to one of the world's largest developmental projects, designed to create sustainable living environments and a significant legacy.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating all aspects of program information systems, technology, and infrastructure.
- Leading efforts to enhance organizational operations through the effective introduction and use of technology systems and solutions.
- Designing and deploying functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN), alongside monitoring network performance and integrity.
- Providing comprehensive support for backend services and infrastructure management, including Wi-Fi, fiber optics, switches, routers, and access points.
- Overseeing the operations of the regional datacenter and facilitating on-premises networks and cloud workspace.
- Evaluating digital and cloud services to secure a robust workplace environment.
- Administering IT support functions, including system administration, network management, VPN, Active Directory (AD), and disaster recovery plans.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in leading IT Network Support services.
- Extensive knowledge of networking hardware, including routers, CPUs, and wiring.
- Advanced proficiency in network operating systems, particularly Cisco and Huawei.
- Familiarity with communication and routing protocols.
- Cisco certification is preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Strong ability to manage and optimize IT infrastructure and vendor relationships.
- Experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery processes and procedures.
