Parsons is seeking a talented Systems Integration Manager to join a new aviation program. You will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various systems and assets within the airfield environment. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of airfield systems and optimizing asset utilization to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of airfield systems including lighting, navigation aids, communication systems, and surveillance technologies.
- Manage projects related to the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of airfield systems and assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective system integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support for implementation and troubleshooting of airfield systems.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize asset performance.
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with relevant aviation regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for integration projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and technologies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in airfield systems integration or a related role.
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications in NORMARC ILS / RICOCHET / MET / CNS / SEC / ICAO/IAAA / ICAO/ACI.
