Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead ICT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture:

    • Drive the ICT strategy vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
    • Align strategic initiatives with Enterprise Architecture Domains and Principles throughout the ICT department.
  • Develop IT Strategic Roadmap:

    • Create, coordinate, and execute the IT strategic roadmap based on corporate objectives and strategies.
    • Ensure strategic application of change is embedded in organizational management.
  • Enterprise Architecture Implementation:

    • Implement Enterprise Architecture framework, capabilities, and processes.
    • Ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed enterprise architecture changes and new solutions.
  • Technology Guidance and Consulting:

    • Provide technology guidance to ICT strategic initiatives in alignment with EA framework.
    • Support strategic transformation programs or projects with consulting services on technical plans and design principles.
  • Solution Architecture Development:

    • Develop solution architectures for specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
    • Identify and evaluate alternative architectures, considering cost, performance, and scalability.

Main Requirements:

Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in IT Enterprise Architecture and Strategy; At least five years of demonstrated enterprise architecture qualification (TOGAF/Zachman) and architecture modeling using EA tools (ArchiMate/Alfabet/BiZZdesign).

Proven experience in strategic planning and the development of IT strategic roadmaps; Hands-on experience in developing policies and procedures around Enterprise Architecture.

Strong conceptual understanding of IT landscape (infrastructure, application, and security); Ability to make key technical and governance recommendations considering current and emerging technologies.

Bachelor's degree (required) and Master's degree (preferable) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.
