Presight, an ADX-listed public company and a leader in big data analytics powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), is seeking a customer-focused, self-driven, and results-oriented Engineer - Full Stack. In this role, you will collaborate with the development team to build a highly integrated system that shares data and services with numerous existing systems. You will also contribute to a software ecosystem designed to enable future business partners to benefit from this integrated system, requiring a deep understanding of various software systems, databases, and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing front end website architecture by translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code.
- Build functional databases, applications, and servers to support back-end websites.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile applications.
- Design and develop RESTful services and APIs.
- Stay updated on developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Consider non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.) when architecting solutions.
- Keep job knowledge current through continuous learning and professional networking.
- Comply with QHSE policies and relevant governance procedures.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science and basic algorithms.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack web development.
- 2+ years of coding experience in React.js.
- 3+ years of experience in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.).
- Knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML5/CSS3, protocols, and modern web standards.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience in building single page applications with React or any component-based framework.
- Strong understanding of state management (MobX or Redux) in front end applications.
- Experience with media operations in browsers (Canvas, Audio, and Video APIs).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of programming principles (SOLID).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design.
Ideally, you’ll also need
- Experience with popular UI component libraries.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and LLM.
- Experience with DevOps tasks like CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering.
