As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will lead a talented team of frontend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences for our products. This role combines your technical expertise with leadership skills to shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our frontend solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineering, to deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-driven user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Direct product development from the Frontend side: define user experience, get buy-in from stakeholders.
- Create your own frontend component libraries and promote them within the company.
- Conduct code reviews and define implementation tasks for the team.
- Participate in use case definitions with the product team and customers.
- Produce mock-up designs for the team to utilize.
- Be responsible for the release process of frontend applications.
- Manage a small team of 2-3 frontend developers.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

- Performance will be assessed based on measurable achievements such as cost savings, reductions in productivity loss, defect-free delivery, adherence to policies and standards, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience developing frontend applications.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React) for at least 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of server-side frameworks (Node.js) for 2-3 years.
- Contributed to open-source projects, including coding, producing pull requests, and fixing bugs.
- Experience with state management packages like MobX or Redux.
- Strong CSS skills with knowledge of TailwindCSS.
- Understanding and experience with network graph visualization libraries (e.g., Sigma.js, Cytoscape).
- Experience with chart libraries and Elasticsearch queries is preferable.
- Understanding of different image, audio, and video file types (manipulation, transcoding).
- Experience with build pipelines on GitHub and GitLab.
