Presight, a leading big data analytics company powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional product, process, and interface design skills, along with a profound ability to create designs that meet market needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to influence product development, focusing primarily on enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare design concepts based on client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify gaps and translate findings into actionable design ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers using wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user journey maps.
- Analyze information needs for projects and define product design requirements.
- Quickly turn concepts into wireframes and flow diagrams, simulating user experiences on target devices.
- Create core use cases based on market and customer requirements and express them through various mediums.
- Present design proposals and concepts to senior management or clients.
- Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions through use cases and process flows.
- Utilize metrics to analyze and improve user experience continuously.
- Conduct user research to establish design requirements based on credible findings.
- Comply with related Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a product designer.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid practical knowledge of workflow tools like Axure RP, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, data visualization, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, researching, collaborating, designing, and presenting user stories and designs.
- Ability to contribute effectively in specialist and cross-functional team meetings.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to collaborate in a multicultural and diverse environment.
