The Software Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the integration and performance of software systems, ensuring seamless functionality across all platforms. This position involves managing software-related infrastructure for data centers and networks, focusing on efficient and innovative solutions to support our initiatives in Kazakhstan. The role reports to the Senior Delivery Manager and requires expertise in software and network systems management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection, procurement, and installation of hardware and software for servers, storage, and networking equipment in the data center.
• Ensure seamless integration and operation of system software components across various platforms.
• Collaborate with software partners for timely deployment, customization, and updates of software tools.
• Oversee software testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high performance and functionality.
• Plan and manage data center and network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage change approval processes for software and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven 5 years’ experience in software integration, testing, performance optimization, Software Architecture, server, and network management.
• Strong expertise in managing Data Center and network systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required.

Work Conditions

• This is a fulltime onsite role based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
