About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for overall network and security strategies formulation, planning, implementation, and execution within a heterogeneous environment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful deployment of secure and high-performing network architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize strategy and capacity for supply chain flexibility and prioritization across constrained resources.
• Understand the technical and business needs of existing and target project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate the development of new multi-channel cloud services.
• Drive development standards and best practices for the Digital Shared Service team.
• Lead the team in complex technical and non-technical problem-solving.
• Communicate with product owners and service consumers to develop our services.
• Recruit and develop key technology talent.
• Supervise projects and developers within Digital Shared Services.
• Execute the implementation of network and security designs in Cloud, including Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnets, route tables, and access control.
• Deploy and configure network components such as load balancers and VPN connections according to established design specifications.
• Apply security best practices by configuring firewalls, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and encryption mechanisms.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, multi-factor authentication, and encryption protocols.
• Work closely with Network Architects to ensure optimal network performance by configuring routing and load balancing.
• Fine-tune configurations based on performance monitoring data to maintain high availability and responsiveness.
• Diagnose and resolve network and security-related issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Create documentation of implemented network and security configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the team's expertise.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE), Business Continuity, and information security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, Cloud, Network, and Security) are a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role with at least 10+ years’ experience.
• Solid knowledge of cloud, network, and security principles, including routing, switching, firewalls, and encryption mechanisms.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to learning and updating on emerging cloud technologies and security best practices.
