Looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to serve as the primary business contact between Presight and its customers—supporting all initiatives and customer requests through astute account management, efficient projects & programs management, and in-depth product knowledge. This role will also be proactively supporting business development initiatives within the team where required. Location: Astana, Kazakhstan
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects & programs to the customer through all deal phases.
- Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood and met, with timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer matters and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
- Use project management methodologies to provide milestones and timelines for customer expectations.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Ensure operational health of solution environments, focusing on performance, security, and reliability.
- Lead customer adoption of Presight by managing the implementation journey.
- Engage customers in the development of reporting elements and establish milestones for success measurement.
- Manage project timelines, migrations, and business transformation strategies while ensuring quality standards.
- Provide technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Design and develop bi-weekly presentations for stakeholders.
- Comply with relevant policies and procedures related to Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE).
Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:
- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
- At least 8 years of experience in account/customer success management and business development.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current developments in analytics.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong organizational and managerial capabilities.
- An innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
- PMP certification is preferable.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally regularly (around 20% travel, approximately once a month).
