We are seeking a meticulous and expert Senior Engineer - Site Reliability to build and support the Presight delivery model. This role empowers product and technology teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, improve platform infrastructure, and strengthen the reliability of our products and solutions. You will play a key role in defining and establishing the delivery model deployed in the development of cutting-edge, next-gen analytics solutions and services at Presight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive scope definition, specification, and architecture for all services in the CI/CD pipeline that power the Presight delivery model.
- Foster a positive SRE culture promoting frequent releases, high levels of automation, and software reliability.
- Lead and troubleshoot high priority incidents impacting the organization.
- Identify application patterns and analytics for better service level objectives while integrating self-service and resiliency patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to architect and implement innovative solutions.
- Design and enable automated change, release, and upgrade management practices.
- Ensure compliance with defined IT governance controls and standards.
- Manage 24/7 on-call support and analyze service performance to provide measurable improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment and upgrades, Cloud, Linux, and Python.
- Experience with Azure or any public cloud is required.
- At least 3 years of architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with great verbal and written communication skills.
