Overview
We are looking for an eager to grow Senior Solution Architect to be a part of the team at Presight! The Senior Solution Architect will lead Applications and Architecture Solution Design across various projects, define Enterprise Architecture, and assess Architecture for Future State transformation initiatives. Additionally, this role involves leading Technical Pre-sale Delivery Implementation to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
- Ability to map customer requirements to functional and technology capability
- Ability to design and develop cost-effective Application Solution Architectures that meet functional, technical, and performance requirements
- Ability to design the complete technical infrastructure environment
- Ability to increase the use of standard methods, tools and processes aligned to industry best practices and standards
- Ability to perform technical deep dive to ensure that the team is following best practices and adhering to our internal security, performance & styling guidelines
- To Lead and provide hands-on contributions within a team of global Software Developers and DevOps engineers
- To collaborate effectively within a cross-functional organization to prioritize, scope, and communicate progress of deliverables
- Guide and mentor the team when necessary
- Should have strong analytical abilities, technical, and communication skills
- Experienced in Agile projects
- Strong, accurate & timely reporting
- Manage dependencies and mitigate risks to support the team to accomplish their goals
- Identify, lead and implement process development improvements and new process developments
- Ability to independently lead and contribute to projects spread across multiple development teams
- Highly motivated to deliver the highest quality
- Passionate about technology and innovative solutions
- Encourage a culture of open communication and collaboration across teams and disciplines
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on team lead experience
- 10+ years of hands-on development and technology implementation
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Experience from consulting firms (Big4 for example) is an advantage

- Microservices Architecture and SOA; End-to-end Architecture Design
- Infrastructure (Servers and Container Sizing & Network)
- Cloud Infrastructure (Azure is a must; Huawei; AWS; GCP)
- Javascript / CSS / HTML
- ReactNode JS / Express
- Webpack
- AI/Machine Learning and Python development
- Oracle Database / MariaDB / MySQL / MongoDB
- API & Web Service development (REST / SOAP)
- IAM (AD; LDAP; SSO; OAuth;)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- ELK Stack
- Performance Tuning
- DevOps experience with pipeline integrations and CI/CD tools (GitLab)
