Senior Specialist - Business Intelligence

The Business Intelligence (“BI”) Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights through advanced visualization techniques, robust analysis, and compelling storytelling. This senior-level position requires a seasoned expert with a track record of creating high-quality presentations and reports for diverse audiences, from executive leadership to external stakeholders. The successful candidate will excel in blending technical proficiency with strategic thinking to support data-driven decision-making and drive impactful results for Presight’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Data Visualization and Reporting

  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MS Excel to deliver interactive and dynamic visual representations of complex datasets.
  • Ensure alignment of all data outputs with corporate branding and design standards.

• Data Analysis and Interpretation

  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, customer journey analysis, and operational optimization studies.

• Presentation and Materials Development

  • Prepare high-impact presentations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, external stakeholders, and government entities.
  • Develop materials such as brochures, investment teasers, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment projects.
  • Ensure materials are visually compelling and narratively coherent to effectively convey data-driven stories.

• Strategic Support

  • Contribute to the creation of public and internal analytical reports, surveys, and publications.
  • Collaborate across departments to centralize data governance and improve organizational analytics capabilities.
  • Support post-merger integrations and strategic initiatives with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Exceptional ability to present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
• Fluency in English.
