About the Job
As a Senior Specialist in Maintenance at Presight, you will oversee the corrective and preventive maintenance of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, conducting regular inspections and audits of security infrastructure, and identifying potential issues proactively.

Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and setting goals. Your role will also involve designing information and operational support systems while offering on-site and remote support to engineers and end-users as required.

Qualifications

Total of 15 years of experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 5–6 years in direct relevant experience and 3 years in a management role.
Proven experience in handling corrective and preventive maintenance of CCTV and ELV systems.
Ability to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and team members.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
