About the Job
Presight is seeking a focused and insightful Specialist in Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy and enhance overall business efficiency through BI-driven market research, trend analysis, and data visualization. You will be responsible for managing the analytical data platform to create business solutions, overseeing the implementation of systems, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of those solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BI solutions
- Create standard reports and functional dashboards as per requirements
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs
- Review and validate collected customer data
- Maintain dashboards and reports
- Support data analytic platforms
- Coordinate with Data/Business Analysts and customers to develop business requirements and specifications documents
- Travel to customer sites when needed
- Participate in an on-call engineer rotation for critical service issues
- Identify and implement workarounds for customer incidents
- Collaborate in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Communicate effectively and convey information clearly
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Risk, Compliance Management, and governance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of practical knowledge in creating applications and business solutions using data analytics tools (Kibana, Tableau, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of experience specifically with Kibana
- 2+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- In-depth market and domain knowledge
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
