About the Job
As a Technical Trainer on our team, you will plan and implement training programs and deliver training for our clients and employees. To be successful, you must be highly knowledgeable in your field of expertise, possess solid technical aptitude in the realm of AI, Azure services, and big data analytics, and work independently or as a team collaborator in an agile and fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in setting up and establishing our training academy. Additionally, you will be an excellent communicator and explain complex subjects clearly and interestingly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the training team to devise technical training programs according to business and client requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agendas
- Determine course content according to requirements
- Prepare training materials and execute training sessions
- Arrange and conduct engaging and interactive onsite and offsite training when needed
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and create plans to improve content and delivery continually
- Provide both classroom and virtual training, both instructor-led and hands-on
- Research topics to be included in the course and interact with technical experts to design training materials
- Use customer feedback to drive training programs, processes, and delivery
- Create high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, videos, demos, activities, and assessments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer designing and preparing training programs, materials, and workshops
- Experience in training data analytics, BI, Microsoft Azure, and AI platforms preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Proven success in building, implementing, and facilitating training programs that have a positive impact on organizational results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort speaking to crowds (English); Arabic-speaking is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, education, training, or a related technical field
- Willingness to travel to client locations domestically and internationally if required
