About the Job:
As a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer at Presight, you will join the User Experience Team composed of UX and Visual Designers dedicated to building a new generation of applications for Desktop, Web, and Mobile devices. This role focuses on optimizing the connection between users, data, and software, aiming to create applications that reflect users' expectations through direct manipulation, real-time feedback, and intuitive visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Visual Designers to push the boundaries of Mobile and Web technologies and create innovative user experiences.
- Work closely with other designers, program managers, developers, and quality engineers to transform ideas into impactful products.
- Advocate for design by demonstrating its importance in creating rich user experiences.
- Utilize a broad skill set to develop concise and practical solutions to complex design problems.
- Research new user interface paradigms in web and mobile applications, assessing their applicability in our field.
- Rapidly produce wireframes and flow diagrams, closely simulating user experiences on target devices.
- Lead usability studies, analyzing results to refine designs based on direct user feedback.
- Analyze market and customer requirements, defining core use cases through various media.
- Clear ambiguity and enhance clarity in design processes.
- Collaborate in a diverse, multicultural environment spread across various geographic locations.
- Adhere to organizational policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Design, or Arts.
- Proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Skilled in workflow tools like Axure RP, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design and development.
- Ability to learn quickly and present concepts effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with Design Systems is a plus.
