About the Job

As a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer, you will join our User Experience Team to build a new generation of applications for Desktop, Web, and Mobile devices. Your role will involve optimizing the connection between users, data, and software, creating applications that meet user expectations through direct manipulation, real-time feedback, and powerful visualizations.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside Visual Designers and other team members to push the limits of the latest Mobile and Web technologies, empowering users to investigate and analyze data in innovative ways. Key responsibilities include collaborating with designers, program managers, developers, and quality engineers to transform ideas into products, advocating for design, researching new user interface paradigms, quickly turning concepts into wireframes, and leading usability studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
- Advocate for design and its potential in creating rich user experiences.
- Conduct research on new UI paradigms and analyze their applicability.
- Develop wireframes and flow diagrams to simulate user experiences.
- Analyze market requirements to create core use cases and express them through various media.
- Transform ambiguity into clarity within a multicultural environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Design, or Arts.
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with workflow tools like Axure RP, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Visio.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in user interface design and development.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge in Design Systems and Data Visualization for dashboards.
- A positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
