About the Job:

With over 600 dedicated professionals, we facilitate more than 14 million monthly visits through our platforms.
As an Android Developer at Property Finder, you will be responsible for independently developing features and enhancing our native applications. You will collaborate with a talented team to turn innovative ideas into elegant solutions, ensuring high standards of code quality and application performance. This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years of experience seeking to exert more influence on project outcomes and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.
- Optimize app performance and implement reusable components.
- Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to technical best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and designers on features and ideas.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and own performance benchmarking, monitoring, and optimization.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Android developer.
- Proficiency with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.
- Strong understanding of app standards, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation.
- Self-directed, analytical, highly responsible, and a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional Capabilities:
- Computer Science Degree or similar education.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with A/B Testing and Feature Flags.
